Sir/Madam,
One of my client is doing Oil Manufacturing Industry. Should they deduct the TDS for Development charges Collected in the pouch film purchase invoice? Please reply

Hi Palanivel,
The pouch thus purchased involve some contract or some job work is assigned only than TDS Need be deducted otherwise no need to deduct TDS.
