We have paid excess TDS payment for 194J in Sep.12 can we adjust the same against Oct.12 TDS liability.

if you not adjusted this amount in Sep. than u can adjust excess amount in Oct. 2012

Yes, you can adjust the excess at the time of paying TDS for Oct month.
At the time of filing TDS return for Qtr II show the excess amount.
