Tds deposit date on salary for the month of march'2012

What is the due date of TDS deposit in case of Salary Payments for March'2012. As per the NN 41/2010 dated 31.05.10 last date for deposit is 30.04.12 in case TDS deducted in month of march. Further it is provided that in case of TDS covered under section 192 1A last date should be 07.04.2012.

Yes. TDS deducted in the month of march 2012 under sections other than Sec 192 shall be deposited within 30th april, 2012. In case of Sec 192, it shall be deposited on or before 7th april, 2012.

192 1A covers only tax on perquisites so whether tax on perquisites has to be deposited on 07.04.2012 or total tax on salary must be deposited by 07.04.2012.
