Dear Seniors,
Can a TDS liability for a particular month of ABC Co. Ltd. make deposit by a third party (Any individual, any Company & any group Company) from their bank account. If yes, is it attract any problem from any point of view.

if tds deduction liability in yours then you have to deduct the tax and deposit the same with in time as per law.
