Dear All,
Thank You for your previous comments & solution.
As per Income Tax Act,1961 TDS shall be deducted at the time of payment or credited,whichever is earlier.
But when credited parties bill we deducted tds, shall we deposited tds that time or at the time of payment?

TDS should be paid to the credit of the Govt.
- within 7 days from the end of the month when it is deducted,
- on or before 30th April, if the tax is deducted in the month of march.

Please refer to the latest ammendment, where it is mentioned that the tax deducted in the month of march can be paid till 30th April.
