Sir mera question ye hai ki meri company me Salary ki return F.Y. 2009-10 sabhi quarter me late deposit hui thi or TDS bhi late deposit hua tha. Company ko Default ka notice mila hai jisme sabhi quarter me interest ki penalty hai. But sir maine jo NSDL ki site se default statement download ki hai usme 1st to 3rd quarter ka interest bhi 4th quarter ke default statement me merge hai OR 1st to 3rd quarter me default statement NSDL ki site se generate nahi hua.
Please ye bataye ki mujhe sabhi quarter ki return revise karni hogi ya phir only 4th quarter ki return revise karni hogi kyoti 4th quarter ke default statement me sabhi quarter ka interest include hai. Sir maine 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th quarter ka interest Rs 975/- single challan se deposit kar diya

YOU HAVE TO REVISE ONLY THE FOURTH QUARTER OR MAY BE YOU CAN MAKE THE PAYMENT AND INTIMATE NSDL FOR THE DEFAULT PAYMENT MADE BY YOU WITHOUT REVISING THE FOURTH QUARTER
