Dear Sir,
Pls, advise me that my sister win a tablet in a contest amount Rs. 21000/- in last year and now she has received a TDS Certificate from the organising company amount Rs. 9000/- which is deposit by the same organising company.
Now my quary is that can we take the refund of this TDS amount Rs. 9000/- by filing an income tax return?
Note: my sister is a house wife and have no income.

yes, you can claim refund by filing income tax return.
