Tds deduction per month

I have a doubt regarding the TDS Detections per month, Let us consider my Annual Package is 660000.00 So my Monthly salary is 55000.00
For the AY 2014-15. My Income Tax comes to 63860.00 So Per Month it comes to 5321.67 Rupees.
Whether My Calculation for TDS Per Month is Right?

How about saving Travel Allowance, medical allowance etc. You can save

HRA- based on rental receipt.
Medical allowance 1250 Per month
TA 800/- Per month.

Thats Fine (I Dont want to add any savings) . I am just trying to calculate TDS per Month. So is that i am Right?
