I am a proprietorship business man and liable to deduct TDS please advice me how to deduct other proprietorship TDS and file return online without TAN no.

Without TAN number you cannot file the TDS Return & cannot pay Tax.
First You apply for TAN Number. After getting the TAN Number you can Pay Tax and File the TDS Return.
