How can i deduct the tds in 50% advance on service charges kindly help me,should i deduct the 50% of tds or 100% tds amount kindly clarify me

TDS deductible at the time of payment or credit whichever is earlier. In your case , 50% of amount payable to the vendor So TDS to be deducted that 50% amount only not full value ( 100% ).
