Is there any need to deduct TDS u/s 194 for giving dividend????????
But dividend is exempt, what is necessity to make TDS on dividend?
And the company who is paying dividend itself will pay the Tax na????????

No you need not deduct TDS on Dividend as you have to pay dividend distribution tax
