Tds deducted by deductor but not reflecting in 26as of the deductee.

TDS deducted by the financial institution in the month of september,2014 but it is not being shown in Form-26AS Of the deductee. Deductee wants to file itr in april and want to adjust the tds against tax payability. Bt how? What to do.

Approach the deductor. ask him to file TDS return.
23 March 2015
additioanlly also ask him to first pay the tds deducted and then file the tds return.
