TDS deducted by Debtors

15 September 2008 In the absence of Form-16-A, how to know that the TDS deducted by debtors from us is remitted into central goventment account. Of course, we have their TAN numbers.

16 September 2008 Yes you can get the details from Web. But for getting the same you have to register the PAN no first. Then you can view Tax Credit in your account from website. But it depends upon the eTDS return filed by the Tax deductor (i.e Debtor in your case).
