Tds deducted but not yet deposit

hi..
a company deducted my tds but have not deposited the same with the income tax.
is there any remedy that i can take to file the Income Tax return as if i take the credit, it wont be considered.
please guide.

Write a letter to the Company and send it by RPAD. If no reply is received within stipulated time, write a letter to your jurisdictional AO also send a copy of the letter to the AO of your COmpany and a copy to your COmpany. Also attach copy of previous letter along woth RPAD receipt with this letter.
