Now Made some Interest Payment.
TDS Need to be Deductible or not.since its first year.
or its applicable in case of only IND/HUF.
TDS will be deducted by partnership firm even if it is first year
first year exemption is available for individual and huf only

If the firm fell into tax audit for AY 2012-13 then it has to get TAN & deduct TDS.
If no tax audit, then no need to do the same.
exemption from deduction of TDS in case of non tax audit in previous year is available only for individual and HUF and not to partnership firm hence TDS will have to be deducted irrespective of the fact whether tax audit was done in last year or not
