Whether Tax credit available to deductee if we deduct TDS a higher rate 20% and also mention pan no. in tds return statement??

Yes. If deductor has mentioned PAN of Deductee while filing TDS return then it will show in 26 AS Statement and you would be able to claim your TDS.

ya, TDS credit will be available... bt if u have pan no why u want to deduct 20 % TDS dear
