A minor having pan card and some income genarate with this pan no. and tds deducted against this minor pan no.
Now how I claim the TDS amount.

Hi....The Representative Assessee of that minor can claim for that TDS deduction.

Add the income to parent income & see if refund is there.

If representative assessee of minor is his father then there are two return file, one the minor and no. two is his father?
