can i claim The tds of A.Y 09-10....now .

Return for AY 09-10 cannot be filed now as it is time barred. So TDS for AY 09-10 cannot be claimed now.

Return can be filed in assessment year or in the year subsequent to that. Therefore, time limit for filing IT return for AY 09-10 has expired. Even if you are able to efile the same your return will not be considered valid.
