16 December 2010 Dear Sir,

I have a TDS certificate for fin year 2009-10 for Rs 12543.75 but this same is not claim in ITR asss year 2010-11.

Now what is procedure for taken refund of TDS ??

16 December 2010 If you didn't show such income in the AY 2010-11 ITR you can either file a revised return and claim TDS or you can claim such TDS by showing such income in AY 2011-12. If you had already included such income in AY 2010-11, the only option available is to revised retrun for AY 2010-11.
