Tds certificate - form 16a download

As you must be aware of, from this year, it is compulsory for a Company to issue TDS Certificate as downloaded from nsdl website only.
The problem is that before downloading it asks a lot of information & when we give that correctly, it replys, "Challan Details don't match".
Somebody, if having idea, pls help.

Please input proper details of challan as per return filed and total challan amount and unique PAN details.
