10 September 2008 suppose if i receive f.y. 2003-04 tds certificate in f.y. 2007-08 yr. can i claim tds benefit in 2007-08 return.

what is the time period upto which we can claim tds benefit.
and in which year return we will claim TDS BENEFIT
