Whether TDS Certificate for the FY 2008-09 (Mentioned in Form 16A) will eligible in 2009-10 (Financial Year)Can we adjust in IT liability?

No. Such adjustment is not possible.

you may think of revising your return for 2008-09, in case the same was filed in due time.

if you filed your IT Return of F.y. 08-09 without TDS certificate data in due date you may revised it & if you didn't filed your return then also you can file for the same before 31/03/2011 but about use in 09-10 it not possible....
