Sir,
I have paid the Tax for Q3 on 11/12/07 and fill the e return now I want to issue the TDS certificate. Pls. tell me from which date to which date I can issue the TDS certificates.

As per the provisions of TDS certificate must be issued within 1 month from the date of payment. But for convinience we are issuing in the month of april, to make one time generation of certificate. You should have issued the certificate before 30th april and mention as return yet to be filed in the certificate instead of an acknowledgement.
