TDS certificate

A company deducted TDS from payment made to some one friend in previous year 2005-06. The required TDS certificate is not being supplied by deductor. Where he may approach now on the issue.

It is the duty of the deductor to issue the TDS certificate in time. In case he is not supplying the same you may file a complain in the Income Tax Department against that person for irregular supply of TDS certificates.
