IN THE CURRENT TDS CERTIFICATES UNLIKE THE EAELIER ONES, WE HAVE TO STATE THE ACK. NO WHICH HAS TO BE FILLED UP. SO WITHOUT FILING THE RETURN, TDS CERT. CANNOT BE ISSUED.
