HAD GIVEN LOAN TO ONE COMPANY, I DON'T KNOW THAT HE HAD PAID TDS AGAINST LOAN ON INTREST. LAST YEAR i.e. 2007-2008 HE HAD PAID THE TDS AND ISSUE THE CERTIFICATE TO ME . BUT THIS YEAR i.e. 2008-2009 HE HAD PAID OR NOT THAt I DONT KNOW HE HAD ALSO NOT SENT ME TDS CERTIFICATE. I HAD SEND HIM REMINDER FOR THE SAME BUT THERE IS NO REPLY... HOW I CAN FIND THAT HE HAD PAID THE TDS OR FROM WHIC SITE I WILL KNOW THE SAME PLEASE GUIDE ME AND IF ANY INCOME TAX LAW IS THERE TO DEMAND THE TDS CERTIFICATE HE IS ALSO NOT GIVING INTEREST ... PLESE ADVICE ME

You should register yuorself with Income Tax Department through following site:
www.incometaxindia.gov.in
There is no other way to find out whether your TDS amount is deposited to the Government.
