Can one affix the rubberstamp containing the signature of the partner on the TDS certificates ,if the number of certificates is quite large.

20 May 2016 today all form are download form TRACES.gov.in and number is not so large as you tell. rubber stamp you can affix, due to many deductor today affix digital signature.
