03 January 2008 Who will issue TDS Certificate, company deducting TDS or NSDL?
and is it compulsory for company to issue tds certificate?

03 January 2008 actually Paper tds will be removed if you want to check your TDS then you can check it through FORM 26AS ( view tax credit)
but if you require your tds certificate then company will issue you the certificate.

05 January 2008 for the current year yes company have to issue TDS certificate
