Whether TDS certificate can be isseued through mail instead of printing physically.
I don't need physical print as i have digitally signed all the Form - 16 & 16A.
Kindly reply on urgent basis.

Yes, you can mail,..
if any don't have mail id you can courier
and if any not received mails you can send again and can send through courier
if any don't have mail id you can courier
and if any not received mails you can send again and can send through courier

Is there any compulsion of issuing physical certificate ?
Is there any liability for on the side of employer after issuing the same digitally ?
Can i have the notification or something like that regarding this issue.

1)you need to issue tds certificates physical copies print to payees with in 15 days from the due date of filing tds return as per rule 31A
