Dear Experts
Please suggest me,I'm working as a accountant and how i calculate TDS on salary if salary is CTC based. How calculate Basic salary, HRA and any other allowance from CTC salary.

ask the salary break up from management,
if there is no salary break up, then break up the salary so as to minimize the tax of employee.

so consult with the employees and make break up to reduce the tax liability of employees.

there are certain allowance which are exempted (like HRA, Transport ect), you may show the amount as allowance to reduce tax liability.
