Tds at the time of resignation

At the time of resignation while calculating EE' full and final should we considered his/her declaration to calculate his/her tds.
As EE' resigned within six month salary paid to his/her may not cross the minimum exemption limit. Should we required to deduct tax.

the ans is yes if tds is applicable.
