My co.having TAN Number,he should Deduct TDS or Not ????.Reply

If specified limit is cross than deduct tds.

My company having TAN No.& yes Party Cross Limit ,
Example : I am given Rent Rs.25000/-Per month etc....then TDS Deduct or not ..

Yes in such case need to deduct TDS under section 194I @10%

tds will applicable on exp. payment made by you if cross the limit as mention in respective section.
