For Yoga class fees(Class for employees) TDS applicable u/s.194J or 194C ?

U/s 194J, as it will be for professional or technicla services.

can we consider the yoga class fees as business expense ? i.e. is it allowable expense or not ?

I think if a company is providing yoga classes to its employees as an employee welfare then it will be considered as allowable business expenditure though it may attract FBT.
