SIR TELL ME THAT WHAT IS DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TDS AND TCS?

TDS is to be deducted by the deductor at the time of payment to deductee for certain expenses whereas TCS is collected by the seller at the time of selling some specified goods such as alcohlic liquor, tendu leaves, timber, scrap etc.
