in case of housewife ,how can she will get tds refund deductby bank,[already hv tds certificate}

File income tax return on her name with the income earned by her. You are saying TDS deducted by the bank on her name i.e she has income from the bank such as interest on fd or any other source so show such income in her IT return and claim TDS amount refund.
