In case remittance to Switzerland for purchase of software(One time),wheather TDS u/sec 194 is to be deducted.
The software is to be installed online and the payment is one time.
If form no 15CB and 15 CA is filled then what will be the answer for point no. 13 for supply of article or thing.Answer should be Yes or No.

Definately you have to deduct TDS.If Exp.
But i dont understand this is a capitalised thing. you should capitalised COMPUTER SOFTWARE. refer circular. If u used software for more than 180 days then depreciation will be eligible to claim.
