Sir,our co. have applied for tan no. just a few days back. But we have made payment to google adwords without deducting tds,and it is also expected that we have to pay google adworks approx 1000 per day in coming days,but tan no. is expected only after 20-25 days. what to do in this case??

If the transaction is very essential make the payment and have a verbal discussion with client regarding the issue plus deduct the expected TDS amount.
Keep the amount with you and once the TAN number got file the TDS along with the interest of 1.5% per month or part of the month from the date of deduction to the date of actual payment.
