how to revised return of TDS by using consolidated e-tds file from tin.nsdl if i have only 1 deductee in my TDS return, where tin.nsdl facility center requires minimum 3??

put details of one deductee only it will accept and process ur request.

Yes. You need to mention 3 or acutal no of deductee in return whichever is lower. So in your case giving details of one deductee will be sufficient.
