23 November 2011 What is the due date for the TDS in month of March 11.Whether it is 30th April, 2011 or till 30th September 2011 ?
What if the payment is made after due date ?

If TDS is paid upto 30th September which could be the due date in case of companies and assessee liable for tax audit then the expenses are allowable for income tax purpose.
