I would like to know whether TDS will applicable for purchase of Software (Vendor has charged Service tax and VAT in the bill)
if yes, please confirm what is the percentage i should deduct.

21 November 2011 TDS on prof., @ 10% to be charges if the installation charges and maintenance charges will be above threshold limit and showing seperately in the bill other wise not necessery.
