Is TDS deducted on advertisements directly given (not through any advertising agency)in TV channels. For eg in Star TV, ZEE tv, MH1 etc or advertisements given in Radio Channels like My FM,Big FM etc. If yes or no. Please clarify .

Yes TDS is mandatory even if contract of advt and payment is made directly with the media whether Print, Audio or Visual
