I have failed to clime TDS for the
A.Y. 2010 - 11 while filing the IT Return. It is possible to clime it in Next A.Y.(2011 - 12)?

Dear Premnath,
You cannot claim the TDS on previous year to the next year IT return. you have to file revised ITR regarding the A.Y. 2010-11. Then you can claim your TDS easily.
