Dear All,
Please suggest me that how much aggregate amount we can payment in a day asuming that payment doner is company.
My querry regarding rule 6DD can we payment Rs. 100000 in day to the one transporter against seperate GR or Bills.

Sec 40A(3)
Maximum amt can be paid in cash to a single party in a day(irrespective of no. of bills) is Rs. 20 k and in case of transporter its 35k.
if Rule 6DD is applicable in your case then you can pay any amount in cash (otherwise than in dd or crossed cheque)
