Dear Sir,
I Want to know that.at the time of IT return filing. Expense would be disallowed.if company not deduct any TDS of Employee Salary (Employee Crossed that limit of Tax)

The company will have to pay penalty equal to the amount of tax deducted in addition to the amount of tax deducted.
