When A co's rental liability is discharged by any other co. which is subsequently reimbursed by above A co. then who is responsible for deduction of TDS,,, What is time of deduction,,, who will issue certificate...

First Company is i.e A is liable to deduct TDS as soon as rental accrual entry is accounted in the books. Another company should pay the net amount of rent only. First Company should issue the certificate.
