Banquests Charges (food) Rs.257813
Food and Venue Charges Rs.205000
Whether TDS will be attract. Pls advice

Tds will be attracted on room cahrges of Rs 413000 u/s 194C @ 2% if hotel is comapny , for others it is 1%.
single cash payment limit u/s 40(A)3 is up to Rs 20000. You can pay up to Rs 20000 in cash to single person in single day.

If it is On Regular basis then TDS should be @10% As per Section 194I(Rent)
40(A)3 limit is Rs 35000 for Transporter and for other Rs 20000
