23 March 2011 WE HAVE DEDUCTED TDS BUT NOT PAID AMOUNT.SO THESE ARE DISALOOWED. BUT IF THESE EXPENSES ARE TRANSFERRED TO WORK IN PROGRESS. THEN WHETHER IT WILL BE REDUCED FROM WIP OR WHAT ARE THE CIRCUMSTANCES ?

24 March 2011 Transferring of expenses in WIP does not affect from income tax point of view. You will get deduction only after payment of TDS.
