a bank deduct tds on FD how we can refund it if total income not above exemption limit

14 February 2011 1. File the Income Tax and claim the refund.

2. or you submit form 15H or 15G whatever applicable then bank will not deduct your TDS.

For TDS refund.... the only way is to file the ITR & to wait....
