Sir,
A private limited co., H.O. at Thrissur, has a branch in Ernakulam. The H.O. have TAN but not for branch. The Ernakulam Branch is paying TDS with the TAN of H.O. Is there any problem for that? Do the branch also has to take TAN?

No Problem. In this case Ho has to file TDS return and Ho will issue TDS certificate.
