Is TDS applicable on payment to newspaper on advertising and on payment to courier services

Sir, during the fill up the pan application form by mistake i have write husband name on the space of father's name due to this reason pan card is not coming.plz help me on this matter.

i will advise to file a fresh application for allotment of PAN

don't worry...when they will check up the documents & won't find proof of fathers name, they will intimate you & u send a revised information that the same may please be taken as "fathers name" .

IF YOU WRITE HUSBAND,S NAME IN PAN APPLICATION THAN YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY YOU CAN MAKE CORRECTION APPLICATION.
